The moral to the the cgra story right now is that the future looks bright but their stock price does not coincide. Possible accumulation, market maker manipulation may be happening but I don't think so. Yes the volume is up lately but almost all orders/bids are getting filled meaning someone is willing to get rid of those share in fear of them continuing to lose value...
