It will not come into play. You are handpicking stocks that fit your criteria. You are getting in on the ground floor. You aggressively attack the ask price initially and grow some hype in there. When it reaches your set price (not your exaggerated price you tell everyone else that you think it will run to) you get shares (that are not paid for at it highest predetermined point that you already determined). You gradually dispose of them (quietly) in small chunks on the way up maybe even on the way down. Most times you will not need to pull the support beam as most traders do it for you by panicking and wanting to reap some profit on the way back down (call it a panic attack). Call it retracing which is normal for most stocks of very low PPS.

IMO it is the perfect storm which I would not ever consider as it would go against my conscience. But I think I broke the Da Vinci Code.
