A/S soon to be around 5 BILLION. O/S will need to be around 4 BILLION to clear the debt. They have $300 in the bank. Adding another 3 BILLION to the O/S will dilute the share price by another 3 zeros. Massive R/S will need to happen to bring this back to any kind of sanity. How many shares can be pushed out till this is a "no bid".
