for some reason common sense tells
me none of that is true. Can you imagine how many storms a "plume" would have gone through in the last 5 years? It never would have made it. Do you have any idea how large the Pacific ocean is? And besides if it was water bourn assuming any contamination reached the US anyway it more likely picked up the Alaska current and went North. And I've had to deal with various forms of radiation all my life and I never heard of a Becquerel so I looked it up. It's so small you get more just walking out side. And how is Fukushima still leaking radiation anyway?
