The contract with Aetna legitimizes them more in the marketplace. It proves the money going into marketing is working and the product is being adopted. Which will hopefully lead to more doctors adopting the tests. It might be surprising but there is a lot of marketing to doctors on which product to use. I think this will lead to more doctors using it and make it easier to market to them regardless of insurance provider. If it can legit stop you from needing an exploratory surgery it might still made sense for patient to go out of pocket a little more
