It could be three years , could be 3 months, could be 3 weeks.. Nobody knows. I would think once everything is rolled into one company , it would get shopped around pretty quickly. Who knows how long it would take to sell.. can Upland do a secondary with that ninety million dollar loan and incorporate hipcricket shareholders into Upland?
