I believe that the o/s is 112,000,000 and the float is at 70,000,000 but they just retired over 4.7 million shares so not sure how that effected everything.

I think that it is great they are not going to do a reverse split to be able to get off the pink sheets. IMO they have enough potential revenue going to come in after the full launch from customers and from leasing out technology rights that the pps will raise enough on its own and they don't need to do a reverse split to get where they need to be.

Superior product and delivery system that is going to change the way people view movies.

This is all just my opinion and please do your own dd but I believe that the pps will raise to at least .50 before the launch and well after that I don't even want to guess right now.

I have some shares, and just freed up some more money so I can buy some more at the next good entry point. Do the DD I think you will like what you see. But definately listen to the interview.
