Something I don't understand-

If CEO can't bank the money made at all the Dispensary's we now have, why are they Diluting shares why not use that money for the build outs ?

After build outs are completed maybe do share buybacks instead of reverse splits.

Someone needs to talk to our CEO I think he needs some advice.
