Well...I have just now spoken with Katie...
I just got off the (land-line) phone with Katie.
Katie is the daughter of CEO Cary Allen; she's Degreed and has been
with the Company for some four-five years, now. Her focus is Marketing
and Promoting the Company -- especially when it comes to identifying,
contacting, meeting-with, signing-up, and servicing/retaining the Company's
Corporate Clients.
Due to the nature of any PRIVATE and individual communication and
interaction among Public Companies and their Shareholders, Katie (her
dad too!) cannot merely or blithely disclose or discuss anything concrete
and definitive; THAT sort of information is left for Official Release through
PRs/Announcements and Quarterly/Annual Reports and other Filings.
Whew...Y'all still with me?
THAT having been said, clearly the Company is in business, operations
and services continue and are underway, and everyone-involved is working
very hard. THAT I am told in no uncertain words, "...working really hard."
Two big events (this is my "take away" from today's conversation) have
already had a beneficial impact AND offer much-improved, clarified,
and enhanced prospects for both JCDS and the Industry Segments it serves:
1) The recent surprise results of our November Presidential Election and
their likely impacts in the coming years.
2) The recent resurgence (at least to some degree) of Oil Prices.
Katie does wish it to be known that she Posts certain text and
messages on her Linked-In page...under Katie Adams...and that we
should check THERE for new stuff, from time-to-time.
I wished her/them (Cary and Judy) Merry Christmas, and I said that maybe
Cary can play-Santa and give us a Christmas present consisting of a News
Announcement or PR. ......It was worth a chuckle and a try...ah well.
Also, any claims or statements that the Company is out-of-business, or
that there are no-phones, or that nobody ever answers-the-phone...
...are false.
In recent years, every time I have called (three or four times per year),
the phone has been answered by one of the main three individuals.
Yeah, yeah. So maybe they just like me, they really-really like me.
