There are WAY too many shares holding this down. 1.3 Billion in the float and counting, hundreds of millions diluting every day until they use the whole 3.9 Billion authorized per the 8K from December 2nd, see Section 4.1 if you don't think they still have 3.9 Billion authorized. They are going to dilute this for the next month or two until they cant sell any more. There is no way PSID will ever see a penny unless they reverse split.

The reason I'm posting this is because I see a lot of people on this board saying they're almost done diluting. They're not even close to being done. They never reduced their authorized shares.
