401K's is a different story. They are out of our control. I have a small one (also with Citi-group) and I just add to the S&P500 equivalent fund. Nothing much can be done there...

(Some managed IRA's have similar restrictions, but in E*Trade for instance you can go around them by switching between a dynamic fund and its inverse instead of selling and buying --This allows you to "go short" in an IRA too...)
