Excellent thought Mary and I could not agree with you more. In the event they doubled their lab count they would inevitably be not only cash flow positive but have net income. Getting an established merger is the key here. With the statement made by the CEO it is my hope they can get some traditional financing and possibly buy out the conversions. They could theoretically buy out these previous holders IMO rather cheap as they can never own over 5% thus forcing them to dump shares possibly very cheap. It would be to their advantage to hold up to their 5% and do a deal making their shares more valuable to find a way around the obvious dump and dilution which would hurt them and the company. This all happens after 12 months or 18 months IMO.
