Well congrats on the sell. I know that you've been working on that for a while. My wife and I are looking for a place right now, but it looks like we're just going to have to buy some land and build. We can't find anything that meets our wants and needs on the market right now. I want to buy now before rates go up too much. I have a feeling that they may do at least two hikes next year. We did see one place online but it was under contract before we could go see it. Anything that's nice and priced right tends to be gone quick.
