2017 TMM Expectations?

Its great to be optimistic but occasionally a dose of reality should be added in. Why would 2017 be any different for TMM than than the past 30 years of failure have been?

Good for TMM:
The current lawsuit had its trial and that trial is over.
TMM claims it has a new product better than anything else in the marketplace.

Not looking good for TMM:
The lawsuit had its trial and TMM lost. TMM will owe costs, maybe lawyer fees, and faces an open ended possibility of a new lawsuit for the abuse of process claim. Also, since TMM lost the stolen VDK 2 license rights what will they do about the tens of millions of shares given to Simpson, Haskins, Stratter, Kim and others? Seems like they should be going back after those shares doesnt it?

There is no information about this new product other than PR hype. The most recent online mentions of it by TMM were for an open source codec variation that anybody could duplicate.

TMM still owes its lawyers at least $450,000 and has loans with undeclared collateral of at least $570,000. How long before these groups foreclose?
