Yeah, unwarranted. From what I can tell some shorters started pushing it down before some news came out from the court. The court decisions didn't even apply to VHC. That got some stop loss orders to kick in and it went out of control downward. Volume was so huge, it was halted twice. Then when everyone realized it had dropped for no reason, it started going up again fast, which halted it again. Then it kept climbing back up to 3 at about 11:30 and probably a lot of the people who had just bought at the low to make a quick buck started cashing in on their quick profits. But the price is still a bargain, so I'm guessing this will keep moving up, probably pretty close to where it started the day. I'm holding this long until the real decisions come in, and hopefully that's where it'll really fly.
