which Clay Franks is clearly the one in reference

You mean Porter's side kick from early 2012? Back then Porter was thrashing around trying to find the perfect scam angle to run with. He had his wife (ex-manager at a Walmart) set up as an expert in the cosmetics business. Handy for his hemp oil cosmetics scam angle. Actually the only successful P&D Porter ever pulled off. BAYP started as a rare Earths scam. He also was pretending to buy a hotel, and had the first agreement to purchase some dry oil wells (for FREE!) in Texas. In comes Clay out of the mist...

Franks has been a Director of the Company since January 2012. He is an experienced Landsman dealing in the Oil & gas acquisitions and prospect industry.

That's all ya get to know about him. Note no reference to working for any particular oil company. And if you ask

Bloomberg

there's no educational background known. So what does it take for someone to call themselves an "experienced Landsman" in the oil industry? Easy - just make the claim in a bogus OTC filing of a Microcrap scam. Then you become one.

So now this self-proclaimed oil industry expert is going to take the MJ industry by storm, using the $1100 cash on the books. Then again, $1100 will do when every acquisition is FREE. Actually I was rooting for Clay to be more creative. What's wrong with following through with the failed JFK Terminal scam? Produce an energy drink with tincture of hemp oil, using recycled frac water? The hemp oil thingy worked once, why not again? Alas, he came up with something lame, and boring.
