I'm not at all troubled about the secondary - we needed $ from somewhere and we're still a low-float company. We could have foreseen this and done it at a higher level - but we are where we are. What does trouble me is how definitively we were told there would *not* be a secondary only weeks ago.

I know that only a hint of an offering can drive down a stock price and thus the terms of a secondary. But they could have simply refused to speculate on the source of funding. I don't like that they straight-out told us 'no secondary'.

Anyone have thoughts about the Fortress amendment?
