Once Onci strike me good, I would like to move somewhere down south... I rather not deal with shoveling snow/icy roads.

FL tons of Hurricane..., CA due for earthquake anyday. MI - Most Expensive State to live in... Highest Unemployment rate, I have to "SHOP" 4 seasons of clothes. Buy "Winter" tires, and changed out the tires in the "Summer"... tax on everything I buy, have to pay federal/city tax where I work. I can't drive a coupe car all year round, because I would get stuck in 6" of snow.

If I live in the south, I don't have to worry about buying tires every year. Having a beater car for winter.

Problem? My family heres in Michigan. Making $ is great but can't afford to lose a family member. Why? Life is short.

I need Onci strike good so, I could convince my family to move down south...

Any recommendation? Please avoid Flood, Hurricanes, Tornado, Earthquake ....
