So that & the fact that Viximo is in VERT's portfolio plus the fact that PKGM's shares were a bargaining chip as part of the Reverse Merger,,, No! It wouldn't be a huge stretch of the imagination that there's a very serious connection here.

PixeMags might want PKGM just so they had control of Viximo's intellectual property/patents. They could put their tech to good use!
