First of all if anyone knows anything at all about optical telecommunications and the business of optical measuring/control equipment then they would know about both of these companies, VIAV & LITE.

They are not fluff, they are real businesses with some the industry leading products and they have a very strong market share within the optical telecommunications industry.

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
