In the places its legal those that choose will grow it and others will buy it from them cheaper then retail stores can sell it.
The costs of testing will go up initially adding to the cost of MJ. Eventually only specific products will be tested and those will still remain to costly for the average recreational user.
Then growth in the regulated sector will fizzle, this may happen faster then people think. SGBY will be affected by the slowing growth.
Eventually the gray market will undercut the overtaxed, regulated and tested market, the retail market will slowly decline.
Legalization will end up helping the small grower and his/hers friends.
The over taxation and over regulation of the retail market will kill the very industry the greedy regulators were hopping to pillage.
