Well, Madison has filed as an interpleader, requesting the dispute between the Chavarria Netco and the Talor/Pacheco Netco be resolved before issuing shares to either party. Both Taylor and Madison are being representd by Taylor's attorney, Marshal Shichtman.

Madison have a point - either way they turn, they could be liable by the other party.

Just wait until the investors weigh in. Liability is gonna be a buzzword IMO.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
