I am not a lawyer or legal scholar, but it seems to me that for purposes of the suit between Worlds and Activision, the final written decision of the PTAB has been received. I think that case moves forward.

HOWEVER, for purposes of future litigation against other potential patent infringers, (EA, Bungie, etc.) I think Worlds is able to file whatever appeals it wants to in trying to strengthen its position.

Again, this is not my area of expertise, but perhaps PP or others can weigh in.

I also believe that announcing suit(s) against other potential infringers will considerably boost the sp.
