You are very mistaken if you think they start at .0001. Where did you get your dd? They started out on NASDAQ and because of the relationship with Chassman's hubby David Blech and the fact that they diluted the hell out of it, they were delisted.
The story is in the dd at pennyhelper. The entire NASDAQ letter to Xechem is there and you will see what they thought of the relationship with him.
So when you try to tell people something like it started out at .0001, please verify your facts. They were up to over $11 at one time, back before they they went to 60 Billion shares and then did a 3000 for 1 reverse split.
