Here we are coming to the end of 2016. And we are still waiting. I believe the last 5 or so years have ended the same way. No breaking of Ground, No Merger, only basically the same news with the following year's date pasted into any new news releases. "We will begin construction on the pellet plant on MON/DD/CCYY". Please paste next year's date there.

Now, Im not being negative, just making another observation, which is the same as each year draws to a close. I have been here a very long time as many as you have,(long before this was originally spun off) but I really need to have something happen soon.
