With the caveat - the contract is between Apollo and Kim - there isn't anything about NGCG. If NGCG would become involved I suspect it would take some time to work out the details.

And Kim has been under the radar since the trip to Hong Kong - so who knows what happened during his trip - many things could have changed. The De Tomaso deal in my opinion would be much more valuable.
