TG53. Looking out several quarters, once MTG has completed these buybacks, what do you think they will do with growing excess cash? Further buybacks or small divi?

Initially I think they may hoard some cash for potential internal expansion. Two things may be on the horizon with the new administration. FHA may be directed to pull back their participation in the MI space, giving up market share to all the PMIs. Second, if credit loosens and home builder regulation loosens, we could see a purchase mortgage resurgence (purchase the bread n butter for PMI, not refinance).
