So let's break this misinformation post down.

NTI pays development costs? So will they co-own the patents then? Why would they pay for everyting and then just graciously give HCTI co-ownership of patents? So HCTI has no monetary gain from any F500 co-developed items?

NTI's management is not speculation. The filings have very clearly stated that the management is the same in both companies and that they may not always have HCTI's best interest at hand.

HCTI makes product? You might want to go back through the filings where they say they only license products. They don't produce anything. If you still want to say they produce product, show us in the financials where they purchase raw materials or show where they have tangible inventory.
