This is the 2nd major source that I've read that A. doesn't mention the litigation at all but does mention the net worth sweep, B. Tout's models that haven't made it out of committee and likely will have to be entirely reworked, including Hensarling's model even though he's already walked it back, and C. Dismisses the presumptive Treasury Secretary's comments while and doesn't realize that, as Bove stated, many of the changes that are favorable for shareholders can happen without Congressional actions.
