Mgmt locks up all their shares!

Mgmt locked up 83 million shares in an escrow agreement with the financiers that gave them $13m US in credit.

Shows mgmt is serious in building this inta a pretty big company.

If you look at the avg clinic generating $1.5m in revenue, and they growing CPAI to over 100 clinics, that's huge revenue and fees for the company!
