What if most peoples brokers get the certificates into the holders portfolios with little to no problems at all? Guess then there will be major mass appeal in the ALYI deal? Some form of initial hold like a year would not discourage anyone receiving the divy IMO. The ease of getting the certificates into a portfolio could be an issue. But since they have not executed a Divy before, I think rather than state how terribly its going to go, everyone is just going to have to wait and see.
