Less regs and higher IR's are not always a good thing let alone a sure thing to insinuate a positive movement.

As a side note, please look at the chart, if you don't think a correction is needed here you need to take a look again. The whole market needs a breather to say the least; it's been running on fumes and continuously looking for another story to push it higher. The market is in a holiday spirit but once the holidays past and the dust settles it will relax and breathe like it needs to. Like I stated earlier, it may not happen this month but sometime within the first Q this will have a pullback correction, go through some much needed consolidation and then can proceed its course in a "healthy" manner.
