The Truth is you have to read in between the lines and think real hard why all the insiders would sell all their stock. Your first thought might be because it is going to become worthless and they just figured this out all of a sudden. If most investors thought this was the case the stock price would be under 1 penny by now. Your second guess might be that they have to legally sell all their shares in order to make decisions on what happens to the common stock. If this was the case felt by most investors they would simply hold on to their stock until the decision was at least publicized, is this what is happening?, look at the charts. Another guess might simply be that everyone left in this is just gambling and hoping to get lucky and riding it to the end, once again simply a hold.
