I seem to recall estimating 10-20% max of the total legal bill that gets related to the final claim. So if we assume both sides spent a million bucks we have to reduce it to the part related to the last claim right? Not sure how much that is but the better part of the whole thing was fighting over who owns the license. I could see the final costs portion being between $25k and $150k, printer ink is expensive.
