Pretty much sums it up. In my heart of hearts...Spectra Science is as ready as they've ever been for buyout or licensing deal. Let's face it...they are not currently equipped or structured to do the WAVSTAT 4 justice in terms of sales and exposure. They do however have great and more importantly clinically relevant technology. All they need is the infrastructure of a bigger company that's equipped from a manpower perspective to get out in accounts and sell this device. I believe THAT is gonna happen and happen soon.
