Or maybe it's looking at filing bankruptcy. If I had a business for that long, I'd hate to see it come to an end. And maybe, retirement isn't looking very stable for the owner.

There are many reasons why someone would sell their business to an OTC company like AHIX. None good that I can think of.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
