I believe the 360 clock started when the application was received not when the acknowledged that is was accepted. You remember they had a meeting with 21 FDA people in January so the process began and they later accepted the application to go forward. Be that as it may the FDA will have to make comment before year end and I think that is what the company expects. Remember there are Federal dollars associated with the trial that was completed.
