LOC will happen soon. Not a question! In fact I hear they are currently working to close it now and get funded. So maybe by Thursday / Monday time frame we hear about it.
Where it gets tricky for people is when will they address the notes? Can they re-negotiate and push them off a few months? If not, it could continue for 3 months.
LOC can't be used to pay of past debt.
I have heard from the company as did a few others, once funded with LOC, within 3-4 months, they will start paying off notes and buyback shares with increased Revs. No. 1 on that list is to make Apollo go away. The word used, "not nice people"!
Now who the hell is dumping today? I asked that to both the US and UK office and to publicly address the note issues with shareholders and plan moving forward?
But got a brief reply, busy trying to close this...!
