THC is fat soluble and will stay days in ones mouth, say Weed is legal in CA, hardly the case, if one gets off work on a Friday and relaxation is a joint Friday nite, then doesn't smoke or eat Weed on Saturday or Sunday, then going to work or at work, if they use the same Siliva Test, (Drager 5,000 - JMO), they'll test Positive for Weed, not high since Friday Nite, let alone Impaired to Driver on Monday or work - That's not legal recreational Weed - Why not just use hair and check back to last year if they used Weed, good luck on being able to win in Court for Prosecuting someone for a DUI - Maybe that's why they want it, Judges - Attorneys smoke Weed too - Even Doctors now admit to it being beneficial over say, Anti-Depressants drugs, their Mind altering too, Weed is used for pain like other pain killers, Weed has many benefits but let's try and stop it, especially if you smoked or eat days before driving - Our Dr Huestis just claimed last month that Bloods the only way to really read THC for being Impaired to Drive or Work - States that Weed is illegal - They too have Judges and Attorney's that will claim that they didn't prove DUI Charge - Blood is it and Blood to Breath Breathalyzer that only checks back couple hours - Judges and Attorneys then have another nail for the DUI Charge - Those that didn't want Weed for the last 70 yrs - The battle is still brewing - Thanks for Posting and Battle will continue
