Anticipation....no deal signed yet. Those that are getting in now if signed will profit nicely but we are at the steady ground pps at the moment. The flip side is the federal government doesn't allow merger and investors pull...which triggers others to follow. My thought on it is certain areas would few as monopoly but not me...the deal will more than likely happen.
