I would wait and see what we hear from them. Like I've mentioned in the past, if they had no further intentions with the Co going forward they would have worked out the final Court Order upon discharge to have the shares eliminated. They didn't do that. There was a reason they chose to keep shares intact. A bankruptcy filing is the final avenue for most companies and a legal way to discharge debts, eliminate shares etc.... They had the ticket in their hand to do that and they chose to keep the shares which they are now 100% responsible for. There had to be a reason in their mind.........
