Two reasons. One, I have day trading accounts for both TD Ameritrade and Scottrade and both of them are rejecting short orders for this ticker. Two: Most brokerages do not lend shares to short if the PPS is under $5.

I don't know what other brokerages don't lend shorts under $5, so I am speaking from what I do know as all my posts are as accurate as possible and that is 2 brokerages are out of shorts, TD and ST as said in my previous post your inquiring about.
