right it's totally normal to have the first 2 *trades* hidden and the third trade fed
to an elastic bid with NC on 10000 size and then the ask UC to the
prior bid size (0418) for *resets* .. it's illegal stock manipulation and everyone with interest knows it
CEs' inhabit some serious rabbit holes specific to PTOI

that are passed along .. just a reminder (and imo not surprisingly) there were zero time stamps claimed
for yesterday's *volume* .. not a one .. however there were hidden and bypassed trades totaling
over 20% of yesterday's volume .. with nothing *marked* ..
always interesting to see if there is *volume* follow thru .. and how those trades/volume are *handled*
i also recognize that NN doesn't *relo* on the ask for *retail* .. which they did yesterday morning @ 9:48
and at last check .. NN was still parked there behind VNDM's elastic ask @ 051 .. ;)
we shall see what today brings .. reminder of what PTOI's *PPS* was this time last year (Dec 2015)
because it and CEs' inability to part legit PTOI shares out of actual P2O investors .. CONtinues to present
serious issues for CEs ..
