Where are you at Fran? The Board of Directors made the decision to delist BRWC? Funny, you used the term "Board". Last time I checked, you are the only person on this so-called "Board".

Fran, we want answers otherwise we'll have no choice but to go the legal route.

You read this message board daily. How about you stop hiding and answer us.
