Certainly didnt happen in 2016.

There are no 2017 events that would even match up to anything that happened 2016.

The FEDS reschedule is not going to happen.

NJ and FL expansion and permits not going to happen in 2017

The OS count being consolidated by a RS....That never ends good for common share holders.
