I would expect a run-up of the pps between now and then.

Remember the old adage: Buy on speculation, sell on the news.

And of course, the sell is mitigated by the news...
If it is great news you may want to ride it up even further.

The nice thing here is they held the financials to release after the judgement (of course, they could release them anytime and the judgement may have nothing to do with the reason the financials are late.)

If they do wait to release the financials until after the judgement, we have another cycle of speculation for the pps to rise in.

The reality is:

- this stock is solid.
- this stock is delivering consistently.
- this stock does not need hype to grow
- this stock will see people come in to pump and dump
- this stock will see more and more longs (not as "stuckholders" but as "free trading 10+ baggers")
- This stocks fundamentals will attract "smart traders" and "smart money".
