I believed as you about there being more to this box, but this isn't a BETA 3.0 as they speak of, it's BETA 2.0 for the 3rd Party Testing and a need for Tester using it to help BLO as planned for 3rd Party Testing - Time of BLO and would believe a screen for BLOZF'r to read - BETA 3.0 is for the Minister of Justice in Canada and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in the United States. In addition, law enforcement officials and regulators for the Minister of Justice and the NHTSA will be consulted regarding additional features, roadside protocol, ease of use, and to define a final housing design for a finished product.
