If SNL does in fact own a BILLION SHARES.... we need his "buy-in" for any type of lawsuit.

Now, at the end of the day, I don't think he owned a darn share. I think he was apart of Fran's "Team".

Hopefully, I'm wrong as we could use the backing of the larger shareholders.
