As of November 14, 2016, there were 1,219,605,989 shares outstanding of the registrant’s common stock.

He gave 415 million of those shares away to cover the convertibles in the last period/quarter. I don't imagine this next period/quarter will be much better. Most all the OS out there for this crackpot has been issued due to debt.

Everyone who's buying his stocks is buying the shares from places he owed money to and doesn't want the shares either.
