I would not disagree with your assertions of past events...spot on, but this is OTC land...not NASDAQ/DOW/S&P, so those/these rules(on INVESTING)simply do not apply.

That being said, this is gambling....pure and simple. These securities take off on pure speculation, manipulation and leaked news....nothing more. Will it result in the next Wal-Mart, hell no, but that is not what the OTC is about.....

Four letters for you....NGBL....look at that ticker....not one lick of news....NOT ONE, yet it runs up over 30 times its initial .0001 on nothing but volume (has now settled back down to .0003).

I expect you will see the same thing here. Insiders/manipulators, etc are all loading the .0001s and will load the .0002s, then they will truly start to ramp it and if Wayne contributes(with news, real or fake), will truly gap it north on nothing but conjecture.

All of this being said, thee is zero reason for him to take it current with only $31,000 liquidity left unless he plans on doing something with the ticker/company....he can only get the 31K out and nothing more....simply does not pass the sniff test to take the time, effort, money to bring current to wring out 31K when it will likely cost more to bring it current...something is afoot...time will tell how large it is....
